Welcome to the
Alabama Constitution Party!
George Washington feared two threats to America above all others: the corrupting influence of political parties with their spirit of faction and selfishness, and, the weakening of the influence of religious morality on public life. Today, we can see that he was right on both counts and his fears were well-founded --the Democrats and Republicans have squandered the Founders' legacy of liberty and justice. Betraying us, countless government public servants in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government take their Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution with no understanding of the responsibilities that Oath entails.
These same attitudes and actions are mirrored by our own Alabama public servants, as they take an Oath to uphold both the 1901 Alabama Constitution and the Constitution for the United States.
We invite you to join the Alabama Constitution Party in its work to bring accountability to Alabama government and restore our federal government to its Constitutional limits and our law to its Biblical foundation!

"We, the people of the State of Alabama, in order to establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, invoking the favor and guidance of Almighty God, do ordain and establish the following Constitution and form of government for the State of Alabama:" ~ Alabama Constitution of 1901, Preamble
From our State ‘Bill of Rights’, of which there are thirty-six (36) stated Declaration of Rights:
Objective of government.
"That the sole object and only legitimate end of government is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property, and when the government assumes other functions it is usurpation and oppression." ~Alabama Constitution of 1901, Article I. Declaration of Rights, Section 35.
Construction of Declaration of Rights
"That this enumeration of certain rights shall not impair or deny others retained by the people; and, to guard against any encroachments on the rights herein retained, we declare that everything in this Declaration of Rights is excepted out of the general powers of government, and shall forever remain inviolate." ~Alabama Constitution of 1901, Article I. Declaration of Rights, Section 36.

Right under our nose at the UAB medical facility, which should be the crown jewel of professional medicine in Alabama, we find UAB is aborting babies much like the second rate abortion mills that kill the unborn for cash....except these abortions are performed in taxpayer funded facilities by doctors whose salaries are paid largely from tax funds...When we pressed Dr. Carol Garrison, the UAB President, back in December, she had Dr. Michael Waldrum, respond with a letter to me admitting that UAB performs abortions "when the mother's life is in danger or when the fetus is not viable..."They had told the State Health Department they abort up to 22 weeks of development....As we all know the universal definition of "not viable," means any baby that is not developed sufficiently to survive outside the mother's womb..Now we have found that the Birmingham News reported last year on UAB's long and friendly acceptance of abortion. Another report quoted Time Magazine saying that UAB was doing 200 abortions a month one year after Roe vs. Wade.... |

To all ACR members and other interested parties:
The next ACR meeting will be Friday, 19th of September, at the Dodge House Restaurant, which is located in the Dodge City Truck Stop. Take exit 299 (south of Cullman) off of Interstate 65 and head west. The Dodge City Truck Stop is one-half mile on the right.
Food will be served at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting will begin at approximately 7:00 p.m.
