Welcome to the
Alabama Constitution Party!
George Washington feared two threats to America above all others: the corrupting influence of political parties with their spirit of faction and selfishness, and, the weakening of the influence of religious morality on public life. Today, we can see that he was right on both counts and his fears were well-founded --the Democrats and Republicans have squandered the Founders' legacy of liberty and justice. Betraying us, countless government public servants in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government take their Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution with no understanding of the responsibilities that Oath entails.
These same attitudes and actions are mirrored by our own Alabama public servants, as they take an Oath to uphold both the Alabama Constitution of 1901 and the Constitution for the United States.
We invite you to join the Alabama Constitution Party in its work to bring accountability to Alabama government and restore our federal government to its Constitutional limits and our law to its Biblical foundation!

From our State ‘Bill of Rights’, of which there are thirty-six (36) stated Declaration of Rights:
Objective of government.
"That the sole object and only legitimate end of government is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property, and when the government assumes other functions it is usurpation and oppression." ~Alabama Constitution of 1901, Article I. Declaration of Rights, Section 35.
Construction of Declaration of Rights
"That this enumeration of certain rights shall not impair or deny others retained by the people; and, to guard against any encroachments on the rights herein retained, we declare that everything in this Declaration of Rights is excepted out of the general powers of government, and shall forever remain inviolate." ~Alabama Constitution of 1901, Article I. STRANGE was Robert McNamara’s middle name. What is really strange is the media not telling you how weird STRANGE was and the damage he did to Americas freedoms, liberties and property rights. The media won't tell you that McNamara was a "One Worlder" that believed and worked towards One World Government. STRANGE belonged to all the "One World" organizations but I will focus on one and his friends in that group. The Earth Council Alliance was founded by Maurice Strong along with McNamara, Jimmy Carter and others. The Earth Council's goal is "global governance" via Sustainable Development Agenda 21. United Nations Agenda 21 Sustainable Development is the ''elites" plan for the planet. McNamara along with Strong, Carter, Al Gore, Prince Charles, The Clintons, John Kerry, Henry Kissinger and the list of all the who's who of globalists are all pushing it. Tea partiers dedicate new thrones to Washington's 'imperial' leaders

Enthusiastic tea partiers in Virginia have decided to give "imperial leaders" in Washington a seat of power they believe they truly deserve – a portable toilet throne.
Tea party organizer Karen Miner Hurd told WND her group is expecting between 3,000 and 5,000 people at the upcoming June 26 protest at Chesapeake City Park in Chesapeake, Va. While she is excited about the turnout, Hurd has a predicament: She must raise funds for 30 portable toilets on a shoe-string budget.

The next ACR meeting will be Friday 17th of July, at Waterbrook Restaurant, which is located in Holly Pond, on Hwy. 278, approximately one city block length west of Alabama Hwy. 91 and the only traffic light in Holly Pond. Holly Pond is about 15 miles east of the city of Cullman.

MIAMI--We expected broken promises. But the gap between the soaring expectations that accompanied Barack Obama's inauguration and his wretched performance is the broadest such chasm in recent historical memory. This guy makes Bill Clinton look like a paragon of integrity and follow-through.
From healthcare to torture to the economy to war, Obama has reneged on pledges real and implied. So timid and so owned is he that he trembles in fear of offending...
Obama is useless. Worse than that, he's dangerous. Which is why...
I refer here to Obama's plan for "preventive detentions." If a cop or other government official thinks you might want to commit a crime someday, you could be held in "prolonged detention."

Thanks to an overlooked document posted on the website of Sen. Charles Grassley of Iowa, the top ranking Republican on the Finance Committee, voters can virtually watch the water being dumped into the brew that Grassley had hoped to force the Fed to drink....

WASHINGTON – A bill approved by the House of Representatives and referred to the Senate would prohibit federal employees of the executive branch from being compelled to release any document unless a court makes a specified determination by a preponderance of evidence – legislation at least one group suspects is designed to protect Barack Obama's elusive birth certificate from release.
The legislation, HR 985; resides in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Sovereignty Alliance has issued a "red alert" about the bill it calls "stealth legislation ... to protect Obama from providing his birth certificate."....
