Welcome to the
Alabama Constitution Party!
George Washington feared two threats to America above all others: the corrupting influence of political parties with their spirit of faction and selfishness, and, the weakening of the influence of religious morality on public life. Today, we can see that he was right on both counts and his fears were well-founded --the Democrats and Republicans have squandered the Founders' legacy of liberty and justice. Betraying us, countless government public servants in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government take their Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution with no understanding of the responsibilities that Oath entails.
These same attitudes and actions are mirrored by our own Alabama public servants, as they take an Oath to uphold both the Alabama Constitution of 1901 and the Constitution for the United States of America.
Constitutions are the established law stating what authority and limitations a specified government entity has over the people it governs.
Believing that politics begin at the local level, as an independent state political party not affiliated with any national political party, we invite you to join the Alabama Constitution Party in its work to first bring accountability to Alabama government in line with our Alabama Constitution of 1901 then work to restore our federal government to its Constitutional limits. We must return our law to its Biblical foundation in both the state and federal governments!

A closer look at premium payments in both the House and Senate health care
bills shows higher premiums that might discourage couples tying the knot.
For instance, in the House version, an unmarried couple each making
$30,000 a year would pay $1,320 combined each year for private health
insurance. If that couple chose to marry, their premium would jump to $12,000 a
year, a difference of $10,680....

now most of you have heard of the unlawful arrest and jailing of Arthur
Hirsch on private property in Ardmore, Alabama at 12:15 A.M. on July
26. He was charged and jailed for a misdemeanor offense of carrying a
concealed weapon (.22 cal, 5 round revolver) without a permit. Prior to
the August 23rd court hearing, Mr. Hirsch filed a Notice of
Jurisdictional Challenge and Demand for Dismissal. The Judge ignored
the demand for dismissal and the question of jurisdiction and proceeded
to swear in all potential witnesses, but Hirsch refused to cooperate
because the Judge hadn't answered his jurisdictional challenge. In an
obvious attempt to get Hirsch to agree to be sworn in, he promised Mr.
Hirsch two or three times that he should go along with the simple
process of being sworn in because, and he said, "Look, I'm not going to
put you in jail over this if you'll just get a carry permit." Mr.
Hirsch continued stoically to stare into the judge's face and not say a
word. In a bit of frustration the Judge eventually called an end to the
hearing and rescheduled it to be continued on Sept 23rd....

Beginning with the very unpopular stimulus bill followed by an almost equally unpopular massive energy tax in the form of the cap-and-trade bill passed by the U.S. House of Representatives, President Obama has seen his approval rating steadily decline to the point that his rating is now lower than President Bush’s was at the same point of their presidencies.
As of this writing, the latest Rasmussen presidential index poll shows Obama with a substantial negative rating. The presidential approval index is calculated by subtracting the percentage of people who strongly disapprove of the job he is doing – 40 percent – from the percentage of people who strongly approve – 28 percent – leaving a negative approval index of 12 percent. Overall, only 48 percent say they at least somewhat approve of Obama’s performance while 51 percent say they at least somewhat disapprove.... To continue, click here.

When police investigators begin amassing evidence at a crime scene, the bits and pieces of the puzzle begin to take shape. Usually, with several trained men and women working together to come up with an answer, the intent and actions of the perpetrator are almost always revealed.
Since my core training and experience over many years was as a state level enforcement officer, I have worked crime scenes that were large, complex and conflicting. With enough time, effort and resolve, we too, were able to bring the bad guys to account.
